Description Feasibility study on behalf of NEINVER for one of Spain’s first hybrid centres (Factory Outlet, Leisure Centre & Retail Park), providing advice on merchandise/tenant mix, unit sizes and supportable rental levels.  The scheme is anchored by a 20 screen UGC cinema complex.  Retail units comprise approximately 20,000 sq m of the scheme and there are several small retail/restaurant units (11,000 sq m).  CBRE subsequently acted for NEINVER to package, present and negotiate the sale.
